Whilst visiting Grove House, I overheard a conversation with the receptionist on the phone. She was speaking to a parent of child who were going through a difficult time and it was lovely to hear the receptionist try and help and offer suggestions to them above and beyond the support of the practice, but also to be so understanding and supportive. I know if I had been that parent I would have been very grateful for that support and conversation.

Great orthodontist. Staff are polite and helpful. Receptionist Karen spoke to me for three days and helped sort out all my appointments within a quick time. Rung me back straight away and spoke to orthodontist when letter was forgotten and needed quickly. Great member of staff in a great team of staff. Nearly finished my braces treatment and can’t fault the team especially Karen!

My daughter had to have braces over the last 2 years and she was very well taken care of by the lovely folks at Alignment Grove House. Very anxious about dentistry in general, but the people here were very understanding and accommodating to her. Thank you all very much.
